Makita’s CXT range comprises of compact professional power tools which use slide on 10.8v lithium ion batteries. These are available in higher capacities than the older stick type batteries, and have multi-contact terminals to ensure a solid connection when exposed to vibration and impacts. Additionally, they have overload protection circuitry and can be used in extreme cold, down to -20°C. The DF332 is a 2 speed drill driver with a brushless motor for increased energy efficiency and longer runtime per battery charge. Compact and lightweight, it has a belt hook for hands free portability, an LED worklight, and a 20+1 position clutch for driving screws or drilling into materials like wood, plastic or metal.
